At KEEN, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your gear isn't the perfect fit, you can return unworn items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Center and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and receive a prepaid shipping label.

• 2.
  Pack Your Gear

  Place your unworn footwear in its original shoe box and secure it inside a sturdy shipping carton with all original tags attached.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid return label to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized UPS location near you.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
